Billiard tables

Billiard tables are the surfaces that are used in playing billiards games. The tables are used for the games of nine ball and eight ball, as well as, blackball, snooker, and carom. These tables are usually covered in felt and were created to mimic a grassy area where most billiard games originated.

Billiard tables can come in many sizes. There are mini tables that can fit on an office desk and tables that are the perfect size for children. But most tables are regulation size and need a large room to accommodate them.

Billiard tables can be fancy or simple. Fancy tables can be handcrafted or designer made. Simple tables can be mass produced and they do not come with many of the aesthetically pleasing features that are common with their counterparts.
